Now we Monday , Tuesday , Thus , Friday have training ..
Monday and friday is self training but JK will come and teach us Friday is at gym .

Peeps ! I hope that all of you are traininq hard enouqh for the cominq Competition! =)
JY and all the best ! Hope all of you would cope well in both your studies and CCA !

And also I hadnt had the opportunity to say a proper thank you to you those whom
celebrated my b'dae on the 8TH !
So yea , would like to say ;
I was really surprised and shocked that you quys actually stayed back to celebrate this
special day with me ! ( Even if you're like you knw , stayinq just for the cake ) hahahaa
just kiddinq. hehx . The cake was nice and hoped all of you had enjoyed it too . =)
Thouqh it was just a short celebration but at least it's still memorable for me .

Blessed enouqh to have you quys as my juniors ! And thanks Miss Lim and Miss Jia
for beinq the best cca teacher too! hahs . Now that Junkanq and I have qraduated , we won't have much time to come back anymore . But I'll try ya! =)

I will miss all of you and the trnqs and all.

weaker teammates alone when you knw they need
your motivations , support and encouraqement.

Durinq trnq , just slow down alil and encouraqe them to
continue when they stop . Help one another to break
throuqh their limit yea .

As lonq as we believe , we can acheive !

Just remember ;
Discipline , Encouraqements , Perserverance & Determination .
These four principles will lead to what you hope to acheive as
an athelete , as a runner , as a team if you quys put them into
ACTIONS and not just WORDS ! =D
